  90. who do not receive an order within 14 - 21 days of mailing it to us kindly
  91. send us a note or memo stating that an order was sent, along with the date
  92. that it was mailed.  Canadian and International clients please allow 21 -
  93. 28 days minimum before writing about an order not yet received.  Include
  94. your CompuServe number or Internet address, if any, for an E-mail reply as
  95. well as your complete mailing address.  A reply as to whether or not we
  96. received the order will normally be dispatched to you immediately.  Please do
  97. not send currency with an order, and do ascertain that you have properly
  98. addressed the envelope to us (including our correct P.O. Box number and zip
  99. code), and indicate a complete return address (including country name if
  100. outside U.S.A.) on your envelope.
